How to Have a Happier Life

As part of our Holistic Reflexology training we explore concepts and ideas for supporting our clients physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to live a happier life. Here are some of those ideas, offered by some of the greatest minds, both of the past and the present, and how we can have our own lives be filled with hope and limitless possibilities.

Take time each day to appreciate whatever touches your heart or makes you happy. It could be just having lunch with an old friend, seeing a cute puppy on the street, or watching a flock of birds soar through the sky. Appreciation frees your soul to experience possibilities you may never have imagined.

The current condition of our body is simply a reflection of our past thoughts and feelings. Anger, worry, anxiety, frustration, and hate can manifest as illness or dis-ease. Feelings of love and appreciation manifest as excellent health and a deep sense of well-being.
